As I prepare for my first trip of 2017, I decided to sit down & try to plan out my 2018 travels. There’s so many places to see, yet it seems like there’s so little time, especially as a full time teacher! So choosing 5 destinations, seems quite realistic and do-able. So here is my 2018 Travel Bucket List!
With us traveling to Manchester relatively frequently, we have slowly started to explore the United Kingdom. In December, we went to Scotland for the first time and it was beyond beautiful! So Ireland, is definitely next on our list. With reasonably priced flights from Manchester to Dublin, our next trip to England will definitely have a stop in beautiful Ireland!
Okay, so I’ve been to LA quite a few times & have family there, but I have not been back in SO long! California has always been one of my favourite places to visit. So spending some time under the Californian sun, doesn’t sound like such a bad idea! I’d love to explore more of LA, especially parts that I never got to see. And what’s an LA trip without going to Disneyland!?
I’ve been to NYC several times but have not yet been to Chicago, unless O’Hare counts! Rather than taking the usual trip to Manhattan, I’d like to change it up & visit Chicago. I hope to visit during the warmer months, when there is less rain. Although I’d be happy visiting at any given point, throughout the year! I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about the city & I can’t wait to visit, hopefully in 2018!
A city which was on my Travel Bucket List last year, which I did not get to see, yet! I’ve been anxiously waiting to visit Prague, ever since I moved to Europe. I think 2018 would be the perfect year to see this magical city! I mean, if it doesn’t happen again, I might as well take it off my list, shouldn’t I?! Haha.
For as long as I can remember, Cinque Terre has been on my Bucket List. Although I’ve been to beautiful Italy several times, there is something that draws me to Cinque Terre. It is definitely a summer destination in my books & although I mostly spend my summers back in North America, this is a place I’d like to see then!
Which cities are on your 2018 Travel Bucket List? I’d love to hear them! x
